ServRight Reports Continued Growth in 2015
March 16, 2016 - ServRight, a leading nationwide technology service provider reported year-over-year sales revenue increase of 26% in 2015. ServRight showed solid growth across the customer base while also adding a significant new nationwide partner in 2015. As we began the year with a large nationwide contract, all the challenges that go along with that in hiring, training, inventory, and ongoing process improvements all came into play. We have come out of this as a much stronger company, ready to tackle new projects and business opportunities with our partners. We have seen multiple product launches this past year, including many signage installs, cabling, wireless, and kiosks rollouts along with several product refreshes we were able to manage.
2016 is looking to be another banner year as we see more "long in development" projects getting near the rollout stage. We are continually reviewing our service delivery communication with our Members and Partners looking for the best solutions to communicate our technician status for SLA reporting.
